The following will be working holidays in Catalonia during the year 2023:
January 6 (Three Kings)
April 7 (Good Friday)
April 10 (Easter Monday)
May 1 (Labor Day)
June 24 (Saint John)
August 15 (Assumption Day)
September 11 (National Day of Catalonia)
October 12 (Spanish National Day)
November 1 (All Saints’ Day)
December 6 (Constitution Day)
December 8 (Immaculate Conception Day)
December 25 (Christmas Day)
December 26 (St. Stephen’s Day)
The thirteen holidays are paid and non-recoverable.
Each city council will also include 2 more local holidays. The local holidays of the city of Barcelona for the year 2023 are:
