The General Treasury of the Social Security has extended until June 30, 2024 the obligation of self-employed entrepreneurs to report their activity data to the Social Security until June 30, 2024.
Since at the present date there are still many corporate self-employed that have not communicated to the General Treasury of the Social Security the updated data of their activity in social security, this administration has decided to extend the date of the obligation to communicate this data, which ended on October 31, 2023, until June 30, 2024.
Gremicat has been informing about this obligation through newsletters sent to all customers on September 13, 2023 and October 9, 2023.
In these newsletters, clients were informed that the General Treasury of the Social Security has been sending an email to self-employed corporate workers as from May 2023, indicating that they must update their social security data. Specifically, it is specified that they have to incorporate to their database the relevant information on the companies to which such workers belong as administrators, attorneys-in-fact, managers or partners, and they must verify and communicate by electronic means such data to the Social Security General Treasury the data that have been modified, specifying also the rest of the information described in art. 30.2b) of the General Regulation on registration of companies and affiliation, registrations, cancellations and variations of workers’ data in the Social Security.
All the self-employed members of companies that have already informed us previously, after receiving the newsletters sent and/or the emails they received directly from the social security, that we should carry out this data update, do not have to do anything about it since this data update has already been carried out by Gremicat.
We would like to remind you once again that this data communication by all self-employed companies is compulsory and you may be sanctioned if you do not comply with this obligation.
The corporate self-employed must verify and update the data required by the General Treasury of the Social Security.
Attached is a summary sheet of all the data, box by box to be filled in the System so that, if you entrust us with its completion, you can fill it in and return it to us signed by e-mail to your labor advisor.
All the companies that have a C.C.C. Contribution Account Code (that have workers in the general regime) must inform the data of the corporate self-employed through the Authorized RED.
All those self-employed companies that have not communicated to Gremicat that we carry out the updating of the data required by the social security, and that want us to do it now, can contact their labor advisor.
This service has a fee of 75.00 € + VAT (For each self-employed)
If we do not receive the request for the provision of this service together with the completed documentation, Gremicat will not be responsible for any possible sanctions that may be received due to the lack of timely communication.
