We remind you once again that the Social Security General Treasury has been sending an email to the self-employed corporate workers since May 2023, indicating that they must update their social security data.
The Social Security General Treasury has been sending an email to self-employed corporate workers from May 2023 onwards, indicating that they have to update their social security data. Specifically, it is specified that they have to incorporate to their database the relevant information on the companies to which such workers belong as administrators, attorneys-in-fact, managers or partners, and they must verify and communicate electronically to the Social Security General Treasury the data that have been modified, specifying also the rest of the information described in art. 30.2b) of the General Regulation on registration of companies and affiliation, registrations, cancellations and variations of workers’ data in the Social Security.
It is an obligation to update the data of the self-employed, which must also be made electronically to the General Treasury of the Social Security.
The deadline for this communication is October 31, 2023.
The self-employed company must verify and update the data required by the Social Security General Treasury.
Attached is a summary sheet of all the data, box by box to be filled in the System so that, if you entrust us with its completion, you can fill it in and return it to us signed by e-mail to your labor advisor.
All the companies that have a C.C.C. Contribution Account Code (that have workers in the general regime) must inform the data of the corporate self-employed through the Authorized RED.
This service has a fee of 75,00€ + VAT (For each self-employed person).
If we do not receive the request for this service together with the completed documentation, Gremicat will not be responsible for any possible sanctions that may be received due to the lack of timely communication.
